Draft
Privacy notice
This is a draft for the Atlas Studios team to review before launch. It is not the final privacy policy.
Phoebe is a product of Atlas Studios, Auckland, New Zealand. This notice explains what we collect when you join the Phoebe waitlist.
What we collect
- Your email address
- Your store URL, if you choose to share it
- The country associated with your connection, the address of the page you came from, and any campaign parameters on that address
How we use it
We use this information only to contact you about Phoebe early access, and to understand which kinds of stores want it. We do not sell your personal information.
Who else receives it
If email sending is switched on for this waitlist, we pass your email, and your store URL if you gave us one, to Klaviyo so we can write to you. If it is not switched on, the details stay in our own storage.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to run early access.
Site analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, where those visits come from, and the kinds of devices people use. It does not use cookies, and it does not collect personal data.
